Enjoy your end product then. Handling doesn't make a flip, if the processor doesn't give a flip.

I'm processing a buck right now that was donated by one of our lease members who cleans them real fast. Never saw so much hair and dirt...and it's REALLY adding to the processing time.

I'll take quality over speed any day when it comes to cleaning a deer.
      Ditto!

yep. Same goes with the question how far away someone thinks an ethical shot is, or the distance of their longest kill shot. Its laughable.

Depending on the mood in the afternoon could be a 6 pack or better. Crank up the radio on the Ranger and enjoy unless is raining or really cold.

            What does that even mean?
I clean them quickly and properly and drop them in a freezer until I head home. Then they are iced for the trip and delivered on ice.
And I'd put my processor up against any of them.
Not some open for a few weeks a year deer processing facility. An actual licensed butcher facility that is open year round a gets regular inspections.

Here’s my version that my son taped me doing some time ago. It’s 16 minutes long and I talk quite a bit. Probably could have whittled down to 15 minutes.

Just did one - gutted, skinned, head removed, and quartered and it took me just over 45 minutes. It was a large buck. A small doe obviously would not take as long.
Caping, including skinning out the head for a mount adds a lot of time. I’m slow because I try not to make any mistakes. Just guessing that adds another 30-45 minutes.

You can cut you skinning time down significantly by using power equipment, such as an ATV. Tie the hide to the vehicle with a rope that is tied to the hide with a golf ball or something.
Pulls the hide off like a sock.

My buddy and I were talking about how to get the tenderloins out without gutting so I videoed myself skinning a doe so that I could send it to him. When I started the video I had just put the gambrel through the back hocks. From there to the cooler was 10:58 and I wasn’t getting in any kind of a hurry for the video. Several TBH’rs have been in camp this year and can vouch for it. I’m pretty quick and thorough. I’m not sure how many I skinned this year but when I came home for Thanksgiving the number was 62. I stopped counting after that. 90% of the time I use nothing more than a Case 2 blade Trapper. Back when I was younger and things like that seemed to matter my best time was 6:47 from hanging to the ice chest.
