Deer co Cain ---it does work

i saw on the worst products thread someone said deer cain. this is my 2nd year to use it and i have had immediate results every time. we dont hunt over feeders. i will be putting up a cam over this spot on the next trip but snapped a few pics of this spot after 1 month of having done the spot. you cant see too well in the pics but it is covered in tracks from hogs and deer one on top of another. cant flip a coin and not have it land in a track. this spot has already grown at least 2 feet in diameter.
just follow directions and refresh a couple times a year.

i have tried several different attractants, this and acorn rage is by far the best

i was the one who said it doesn't work..... the deer at our lease wouldn't touch it, neither would the coons. acorn rage is what they love at our lease.... glad to see that white stuff works for you.

I think it has more to do with the types of food the deer in your area eat normally, also what minerals they get or are lacking.

Some people swear by the deer cocaine, c'mere deer, acorn rage, ect... and some swear its all a waste of money, still others will find one of these works great but the others will make the deer run away!

I say buy one of everything and find what works for the deer in your area.

Good point. This is what I've thought all along. I've heard conflicting stories that are well-documented for all of the products...both good and bad.

I'm sure they all work somewhere and none work just anywhere...if that makes sense.

You might also try corn. It seems to work well for us. You can put it in a feeder or just spread it by hand. The deer seem to be attracted to it.

I put some out before my morning hunt a couple years ago and a young buck came downwind of it that evening, came right up to it and started licking all over the spot. He stayed till I left my stand well after dark. Unfortunately that was the only deer I ever SAW using it.
