I’m a little colorblind but I don’t see any beans in that pot of chili. I think the cans are a decoy.

My preference is for a proper bowl of red: cubed beef chuck, rehydrated peppers made into a paste, onions, cumin, beef stock, and salt and pepper, but to each their own.

Growing up, my mom put beans and potatoes in her chili to make it go farther and we never complained
