Noster reloading Manual #2 ???

I was wondering if anyone has a Noster reloading manual #2 ?

I just have a question on some information from way back and thought it was in that book from 1981. It might not even be in that book but wanted to find out before I buy one.

If someone still has one if you have time to answer a few questions it would be appreciated.
