On my 2018 old body Ranger 1000xp crew. On a hunt this weekend driving around it developed a rattle that sounds like it's on the passenger side of the unit around the exhaust. Kicker is it only does it in low gear. Any help before I take it to the stealership is appreciated.

Unit only has 300 miles on it. Has an aftermarket clutch kit and tuned ecm.

Check the exhaust spacer between the manifold and muffler. Doesn't make sense to go out that early, but mine did after 5k miles and 500 hours. Cheap and easy to replace if thats what it is.

I had 1 that rattled and it was the carrier bearing. sounded like it was coming from the right side. Easy fix if that is what it is.

Thanks men. I have the extended warranty on the machine but its an hour half drive to the dealership. So something easy/cheap I'll do myself.

I watched a good ole youtube video of that. Time consuming for sure. It's going to the dealer!
