Mathews Limb Swap

I’ve asked this in Equipment & Tuning section and on another forum, but can’t get an answer. So, here is the question. Will a Z7 riser accept a limb swap from a Mathews Heli- m bow. Will the cam & idler wheel from the Z7 swap too.
