    Trail cam card reader

Got a bone view card reader from Amazon that is compatible with Android devices. Use it with my phone to view trail cam pics. Doesn't seem to work with muddy trail cams I got for Christmas. Works fine with Moultrie.
Wondering if anyone else has or had this issue with muddy cameras and card readers.
I can view the pics with my laptop no problem but the card reader loses or corrupts the file everytime but only with the muddy cameras.

I’m no help on a phone card reader. However, I did go down to the local pawn shop and buy a laptop for $50. I’ve had it for 2 seasons now and it seems to be holding up fine. I only use it at the lease but it’s thin enough that I can put it in my hunting bag and take to the stand. Screen is much bigger and certainly helps as I get older.

I can’t say that I’ve had that issue. I bought a card reader from amazon that plugs into an I phone. It looks just like an apple product. It works on my tasco cameras. I wouldent think the camera would make a difference to the reader

        Thanks
        Laptop is a good idea.
I'm guessing something in the software is not compatible, but it works with all my other cams so only a minor inconvenience.

I have a card reader that plugs into my iPad and iPhone. No problem with muddy or any other camera expect older moultrie. Once you download them when you cluck on it the pic is zoomed in and you can only see the middle. You have to click “ edit” to view the whole pic.

I got the Stealth Cam Card reader and downloaded the "iBrary" software onto my Apple phone. Allows me to pull the SD cards, insert the card into the reader and the reader has an adapter that plugs into the IPhone. I can review the pics, save the ones I want to save and clear the card right there if I want to. Works great in the backcountry of Colorado checking cameras and wallows to try to pin down where the animals are concentrating more. I don't have to pull the cards and get back to a laptop.
