Nice. When I lived in Montana I was young and poor and about all I ate was what I killed and actually got kind of tired of trout after a few years but it is good!

Funny story to go along with that. Early merchant shipping companies in the 1600’s had to force labor contracts where the companies couldn’t feed them lobster no more than 3 days a week. They were getting it 7.
