2nd and final hunt of the year... Fannin Co

With a new baby daughter born in April and a very active 3 year old, I just didn’t find much time to hunt this year. Heck, I’m still sure my wife didn’t think it was time well used, but I needed a break. From now until sunset I will think about the good and bad from 2020 and try to learn and be a better person in 2021.

Let’s see what tonight can bring... probably a nice sunset and a clear mind, but I’ll take that.

I’m right there with you Kevin, little kiddos have taken over the spare time for hunting. I’ve got tonite and tomorrow to see what I can find. Don’t have much faith because I’m down on a place I haven’t gotten to come to much and the feeder was empty but the rivers up and will push critters out of the river bottom. Got a beer and happy thoughts that I’m enjoying while I wait. Good luck!

Good luck! Luckily my Dad and his friend kept the feeders going. That was a life saver.

I’m the only person in the family that came down here in the past 2 months. I was here about a month ago and planned to stay the night and do some work but had an emergency that I had to attend to and left before I got all my stuff done. Not even a camera running.
