Just wanted to give an Attaboy to Lyman Products customer service. I buggered the set screw that holds the pilot on my Lyman brass trimmer. Called customer service and spoke with Nick. He said he would send me a couple of replacements in mail. I had call them the afternoon of 12/1. I received the screws 12/31. Envelop was post marked 12/3. so great job Lyman/Nick...USPS not so much.

no, 2 small set screws. I live in suburbia Jackson, Ms. Less than 5 miles from my house to Jackson city limits. Have had a package at the Jackson's USPS distribution center since 12/25 at 4:56 am...still no expected delivery date. One's tax dollar at work! Go figureComment

Yeah, I was being facetious. We get our mail from a small town post office, I know the postmaster by his first name, so it’s hard to dislike the guy. But ****, how I do despise the union that lets them get away with the shoddy way they do business and the fact that the employees are bulletproof from punishment for poor performance.
