As is typical for us that SW wind makes for a tough, tough bite.
One cool thing that I saw was a group of dolphins eating redfish. I pulled into a little protected shoreline with a gut out off the shoreline that was maybe 2.5-3' deep with the big tides we had. As I eased in there I could see redfish pushing water. Pretty decent school. But they wouldn't eat. They were hanging in the gut out off the shoreline and just not active. A group of 4 or 5 dolphins rolled in and went to work on them right there 30 or 40' in front of us. I saw a couple get tossed in the air but they were circling the school and then would take turns running thru and grabbing one, overall it didn't last very long but was pretty cool to see. Unfortunately it did not help the bite any and that spot was done for when they finished up.
