Advice on bipod and light for my AR

I am wanting to put a bipod and a light on my AR. Do you guys have any recommendations on brands or where to go to get them that are more suitable for AR style? Academy has some decent ones.

I have magpul, Caldwell, and leapers, bipods.
For an AR I probably like the magpul the most.
Olight makes great tactical lights for the price point, hard to beat.

I like Harris and Atlas for bipods. Lights.... there's a lot of options out there. I've run Surefire and Insight hard. I was also given and Inforce, but haven't put it through its paces yet.

Is there a bipod where the leg pops out to the side when the shooter is standing up? To use it as a grip.

            Atlas bipods
            Harris
            Caldwell

I have 2 from GG&G tactical that I really like.

The magpul looks nice and I might pick one up soon. Someone makes a front grip that had bipod legs spring loaded inside of them. Don't remember the maker but my brother has one. It isn't real stable when shooting IMO

We hands-on test some of the most popular AR-15 flashlights. Complete with tons of pictures, beam patterns, mounting options, and more.

The Inforce all day every day.

Atlas Bipod and TLR1-HL for light. It’s what I run on my AR10 and it’s plenty bright for 150yards.
