Remote start heated seats 2014 Silverado

With ice and snow scheduled for tomorrow I would like to get the automatic heat seat to work, does it take a minimum temperature outside to have them turn on?
I set the personal settings for on , but can’t seem to tell if it’s working with remote control start ? Any advice?

I have a ‘13 GMC Sierra. Mine don’t turn on with the remote start. I don’t think they come on unless I am sitting in the seat.

No help here, but can you tell me how to keep my heated seats from coming on when I remote start my F150 ? I hate heated seats !

As far as I know, mine would not come on with the remote start in my 2014 Chevy Z71, I had to be in the vehicle and turn the button on.

Now my 2020 AT4, that’s a different story...it even turns the steering wheel heater on with the remote start

2007 gmc sierra 1500 bases it off outdoor temps. The ac comes on at a certain temp. And the heater and heated seats come on both when remote started on cooler mornings

Go into settings....vehicle...remote start...remote start with auto heated seats..."on"

truck has to be running and in park to change settings
