In October it is either archery season or small game, so the he was either shot with a bow, shotgun or .22. Either way he should not have been pointing a gun at the car even accidentally because he would be shooting squirrels or game birds.

There is way to much left out of that story.

What is this all about? Heller was also charged with possession of an instrument of crime, possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, violating a state hunting law against causing harm to others. What is the instrument of crime? What is the prohibited offensive weapon, he had? Sounds like they made up some laws to charge him with, or that state made up some very vague laws that could be used against someone in many different situations. Don't have any reason to live in that state.

I grew up squirrel hunting in that park. It’s about 20 minutes from where I grew up. Sad deal and it seems there are a lot of details left out
