Another Slab Question

I have an existing concrete driveway, patio and garage slab that I need to completely redo. It needs to come up 3 feet. Can I just cover up the existing concrete with 2.5 feet of compacted select fill and then pour new on top of it all versus busting up and removing all the existing concrete?

Any recommendations on who to call for dirt/concrete work around Brazoria county? A little over 4k square feet including a 30x40 garage/shop.

Be careful
This is a way to trap
Water and will cause bearing capacity issues later on the fills. Always consult with you engineer/geotechnical expert on this matter. My experience says this is a bad idea
