I use Fidelity, not sure if it's the best but it's fairly easy to navigate and the fees are low. Make sure you check the fees associated with whichever firm you use.

Robinhood gets a bad wrap but man it's so easy to use and your money is available immediately. You'll have to wait over a week to start trading with Fidelity or TDA...
