Looking at some land by dangerfield avinger area kinda by lake of the pines. How is hunting in that area ? Populations of deer and pig just curious.

Lots of timber land and lots of hunters. Big deer to be had and lots of pigs. If you have water on the place you will have plenty of deer

Lots and lots of pigs lol, deer can be ok also if the neighbors don't shoot them all.

Good deer come out of the avinger area. I’ve hunted the Hughes springs area all my life and it can be crazy how the deer change. You’ll notice some areas with bigger deer than others and they won’t be far apart.
