    Another Cat

I actually saw this cat yesterday, but was unable to get a clean shot. Looks like a rat in it`s mouth in both pictures and they are about an hour apart. Do you think it may be taking it to young bob cats or just hungry. I observed it around a big brush pile like it was rat hunting. 3 years on this lease and no cat sightings, now me and another hunter have seen this one in the same week and pictures as well. Looks like it has found a new home.

Probably getting ready for a Festivus Feast!. I would think the kittens are big enough to hunt for themselves by now.

I like that they are taking out the rodents. I've been letting the bobcats walk that I have seen recently so they can do their part with rodent control. Same with Foxes. But I do try to take out the coyotes.

You know Curt needs all the help he can get.

I actually could have shot this cat, but I decided to pass. I enjoyed watching him more than killing him. Getting old I guess.

Let him walk...if it was me. Love to see nature kept in balance. Hate to say, take out the yotes, though. Love having my big cats and foxes around, do alot to keep the balance. Had an adjoining neighbor who took pride in taking out EVERYTHING....about 2006-2007.....resulting field mouse and rat explosion was BIBLICAL, when I would go to brush-hogging, the resulting scattering of rats and field mice was breathtaking.
