Just wanted to give these guys a positive review. They definitely earned it. I have a Sitka Stratus jacket that I have had probably 5 years. My favorite hunting jacket by far. Still looks like new. Earlier this month the main zipper started messing up and getting really hard to zip. Then it failed altogether. I emailed Sitka about the issue. They sent me a prepaid shipping label. According to the tracking they received the jacket Monday at 10am. By 4pm Monday they had already repaired ( or replaced) my jacket and I received a tracking number from FedEx. Very impressed with their customer service. Great company who stands behind their products.
