Where Do You Get Your Sausage Seasoning?

I’ve started processing my own meat and have all of the equipment and a smokehouse. I like to make a wide variety of fresh and smoked sausages. Ive had a very successful season and have a lot of deboned meat to process. I’ll be ordering some seasonings from Cajun Blake (which were excellent in the past), also some from Zach’s Spice and Waltons. Does anyone have any other place that has good sausage seasonings? I’m also going to make some Bratwurst and maybe German sausage. Does anyone have a “special flavor” or unique flavor sausage they recommend? I’m all ears!

Reo seasoning out of Huntsville has some very good stuff . Lots to choose from . For me it’s actually cheaper to buy from them and mix my own .

Grocery store....Fresh garlic, kosher salt and coarse black pepper...and mother nature in the form of pecan, hickory or mesquite.

Clifco makes great German sausage seasoning. I add extra meat cause it’s too much flavor for 25 lbs

This^^^. Hard to beat Blake's breakfast sausage seasoning!

Mix your own! It's cheaper and you can adjust to desired heat, salt, garlic, etc.
