What is your go to lease grub?

    Opening weekend Friday night is usually chicken wings, chips, homemade sausage queso, and probably 3-5 kinds of sausage depending on where everyone has been recently.
    Opening Saturday night is brisket, ribs, and or pork steaks, beans, potato salad, sauerkraut.

    Rest of year Saturday night meals will be bacon wrapped pork loins, ribeyes, filets, Picana ( first time we ever tried it this year], fried, grilled or boiled shrimp and oysters, burgers and usually 2-3 different sausages.

    Sometimes Dutch oven desserts, sometimes homemade cream cheese rolls, sometimes bought


    Breakfast is usually bacon, eggs over easy, biscuits, pan sausage and usually we reheat leftovers steak or pork on the griddle. Mimosas and screw drivers

    We bought a big blackstone griddle and we’ve been giving it fits. We had 2 different 1.5# types of pan sausage and 18 scrambled eggs going on it at once morning for when they wanted breakfast tacos.

    We eat really good at camp. Everyone enjoys the cooking and hanging out.
