          I've found that using the little orange dot targets you buy for shooting guns work really well.

          I shoot the 1" dots out to 25 yards. 2" dots to 40. 4" dots 40+

          you WILL be surprised at how your shooting will improve with "aiming small"

              Last week I shot while practicing I shot 4 arrows!! # were touching and the 4th was about 1/8 of touching the other 3! That was at 30 yards!!

                I shoot a recurve bow and shoot only 1 arrow at a time. I normally pick a random hole in the target and shoot at that. In most hunting situations shooting groups will not help you as much as picking a spot and placing a single arrow in that spot. Just a stick bow mans point of view.
