    Recteq spoiling me

    Started it up while still in bed. Put them on and forgot them for 2 hours. Wrapped for an hour and fifteen minutes. Now almost done!

            I just do mine at 225 for 3 hrs slather in BBQ sauce cook 1 more hrs and pull them. Love my rectec ! Looking at prime rib recipes in it for Christmas ��

                      I use a vertical pellet smoker I use when I don’t have time for the stick burner. Love it.

                          I just did 3 pork shoulders on my RT-700 this past week. I've had it a year and have done several briskets, racks of ribs, and close to a dozen pork shoulders.

                          Some of you may think this is heresy, but I think I'm done wrapping. Since I've had this 700, I haven't mopped or wrapped a single piece of meat and every single one has turned out near perfect. I have a great homemade rub I use, but that's it. Great bark and very tender and juicy. Cannot get much easier than that. YMMV.
