If I were local I’d say that would be doable for me. Plenty of places in East Texas that run less acre per man than this.

Yep, same place. I just checked pictures she sent me and they are the exact same ones. She told me 15k for 1,000 acres. I didn't like the vibe after messaging back n forth a few times so I backed off.
