I used to run 4 days per week & got to 169 lbs at 5-10/5-11. I stopped after developing bursitis on one of my knees
Now I’m at 196
I need to get back to doing something cardio related & eating better

No it’s based off percentage of weight loss based on your original weight. Like they do on biggest loser and those shows.

Ok guys before I open this up to sign ups what do you guys want the entry to be? I’m good with either $50 or $100.

Also I am capping this thing this year. Last year we had 51 I think and it was just a pain in the butt to keep up with the spread sheet with that many people.

I will be honest I would rather do $100 entry and under 20 people. That way everyone who is in the contest has a little more invested and follows through. At $20 last year a lot of people including myself just did a week or two then kinda petered out because it was only $20.

Give me y’all’s thoughts
