Archery lease, looking for 2021 and longer.

I have a good lease in Kent/Stonewall county with some really great friends that I do not want to give up, BUT I would really like to find a small acreage lease for 1 and no more than 2 bowhunters for 2021 no more than 1 1/2 hours from Rogers TX. We live 12 miles East of Temple in Central TX, between Temple and Rogers.

I just need something to hunt when I do not get to drive the 4.5 hours to my lease up north. Bowhunting only. Not opposed to joining a lease if it is the right place for me.
