2021 deer lease

Starting my search like several others. I can have 5-8 people. We have always hunted the hill country but are open to other places.

We are looking for annual lease preferably with water and electricity. Open to pay 3500-5500 a gun or maybe more depending on the lease.

I suspect with land prices skyrocketing it is going to get real tough as a lot of people probably had their leases sold out from under them. Competition is going to be brutal I suspect. Kudos to you guys that have long-term deals on big places.
