Friend pointed me this direction---interesting.

The Pig Brig is the perfect multi-catch feral hog trap system. Low cost, one-person setup, easy transport and no cellphone service necessary.

I can't imagine it would last very long against some of our big boars

I like the concept but worry about the durability.

Pretty sure I’m gonna buy one or two of these. Maybe buy one to see how well it works first, but the video sure seems to show it working really well

My primary concern is with trap shy hogs, and there are plenty of trap shy hogs in Tx. When a leading sow or group of sows approach something suspicious, the rest of the sounder often acts the same way.

That was my first thought. Looks like a big boar would destroy it.

Yeah, I had some corn in the truck and hogs ate a hole in the net tailgate, I would imagine hogs could eat the net

I think I could make this out of some old batting cage net.
I agree it probably wouldn’t last long. For $1,500 I ain’t risking it

How long before a buck gets his antlers tangled in it?
