Looking for recommendations for a goose hunt in panhandle. For mid to late January for my buddy and I. I tried in the duck thread but no response yet. TIA
I have hunted with Rowe outfitters out of Rochester for the past two years and have had good hunts. Went for a few days before thanksgiving and seen a lot of birds on their places.
Thanks for recommendations
I sent msgs out, so will see who has availability for timeframe I'm looking into.
Went on my first duck hunt this past weekend and ready to repay a friend with a goose hunt for him and I.
Blackfoot in Lubbock or Ranger Creek in Haskell. Stanfield is “ok”. Cadillac Creek kills some birds but I’m good on that place. Crooked Wing is OK. Sea to Sky is a good one. If you find others and have questions let me know. I used to do part stuff out of Lubbock for several mentioned.
It's been awhile but a group of guys and I used Stanfield Outfitters in Knox City. They put us on a bunch of birds and we had a great time. We hunted peanut fields and saw thousands of bird.
Thought I'd give an update and that I wasn't able to ge tbooked this past season I did book with Cadillac Creek Outfitters. I will be hunting with them the 29th and 30th of December. I'm excited to go on my first goose hunt. I think they still had some spots open for that date. Thanks for everyone's input.
