Looking for Ideas/Activities for sons Bday celebration

Looking for something to take my youngest son on for his 21st bday this next year. Probably early May. He actually turns 21 in June, but with work schedule, May works better.

Looking to take men only...ones that have been important to his life. Outdoor activities. He likes to fish. Really think we want wilderness more so than Gulf/Ocean fishing. Hiking is good. Sightseeing. Canoeing etc..

Keep your perverted suggestions to your self. Just good, clean, wholesome ideas.

Would like to stay within 5 hours of the DFW metromess. Something with AirBnB available is a plus (I'm old and don't like laying on the ground)

Go to the Ozarks and stay at a lodge and fish the trout streams and rivers.

Striper fishing on Lake Buchanan with a guide, then head to Castel near Llano and fish the llano river. There are some cool places to stay in both places. Grab dinner at coopers in Llano. 2-3 hours from DFW. Wilderness, fishing, Coopers BBQ. Rough weekend to beat

Book a pig hunt where they cook for you and clean the hogs so you can relax and have a brown drink at night

Rent a nice cabin by broken bow lake. Hire a fishing guide. Grill out. Eat and drink at greatful head pizza. We rented a cabin there with dish tv and a pool table. Just an option.

I was gonna say a river trip if you had a camper. I have a tent i can loan ya just say the word[emoji57]. Seems like I stayed in a cabin on lake o the pines once that was nice. There’s plenty of activities around patman but I’m not sure if they rent cabins. Not sure it’s within your distance but mena is a nice place to stay. Atv riding and what not.

Rent a cabin on the Norfolk around Salesville. Fish the Norfolk and white for trout one day. Float the lower Buffalo for scenery and smallmouth one day, hit Norfolk for some of the best striper fishing in the country one day.

Lower Buffalo wilderness is right across the river from you for all the hiking you’d want to do.

Edit: I just checked the distance and it’s further than 5 hours but would definitely check all of your boxes.
