Venison tenderloin

Can’t get anything by the TBH crew. [emoji846]. I’m guilty of lumping backstrap and loin into “tenderloin” bucket. I did cook both tenders and a small piece of the loin. That indeed is the backstrap piece. Still have a little left. Think I’ll slice some up, scramble a couple eggs and make some breakfast tacos.
