Plastic Barrel Feeders?

I’m not at the ranch this weekend, but apparently the GW showed up last night and issued a citation and seized a deer due to it being killed at a feeder utilizing a blue plastic barrel...

To be fair, I thought the guys were screwing with me...but, if so, it’s a pretty elaborate hoax.

Yup. I had put up a 30 gallon plastic barrel feeder years ago. Don’t know how he got the hole started but the little bastige ate a perfect hole the size of his body in the lid. Well when I came up to fill it I let it down. It had rained a few times and corn was ruined. Never again.
