I just paid $4,475 for a 25x25, 6inch thick with 5/8 rebar, 1ft x 1ft thick perimeter beam and center cross beams. $7.16 sq ft seemed like a great price for the work needed.

As many have already eluded to there are a lot of variables to consider. I paid $5.50 sq’ for my 2100’ shop slab but that didn’t include any of the dirt work. It consisted of a 1’ beam around the entire perimeter, black poly plastic barrier, 3/8” rebar on 18” grid spacing and 4” of 3500 PSI pour throughout. They did do some apron finish work around the covered carport area but I wish I would have insisted on control joint cuts.
