Not 100% sure but it might be the McKenzie 6900 wall pedestal.

I think it's a Mcken also. You might also check out Coombs taxidermy for a slightly different look to same pose. I have really liked their stuff.

Yessir 6900 WP. Doing the same form on my Kansas buck, but opposite turn. My wife and I already have the standard 6900 and they are my favorite forms.
