Looking for a: 2021/2022 Hog lease or Hog/Deer lease

Decided to put this out there. I’m looking for a 1 person Hog only or a hog/deer lease for the 2021/2022 season. Wanting something within a hour or so of Canton/Wills Point. It would basically be just me 99% of the time, but my daughter or granddaughter might tag along with me. Because of my work schedule is why I want it close. Hunting is my way of destressing and to get away from the house. Not sure what a lease goes for, so not sure what kinda of price I will be looking at. I was raised around cattle, so cattle being on the place is no big deal to me. I mainly hunt with big bore airguns, but will use others when needed.
