Yes to the smart Siding. The floor is lvp so somewhat waterproof. Plan on doing all skinning and gutting outside so wasnt worried about being able to wash down floors and walls. Small spills should be manageable. Main island also has raised ridge all around to help keep blood and meat on the table.

Dang Joe that looks great . Where is you last house at ?

We are in Inez. Still have more to do. Build doors for cabinet under island. Barn doors for pantry. Add some upper cabinets. Stove top going in stainless countertop and backsplash there. Vent hood goes where plug is high up on wall.

Just WOW!! I'd love to have a place like that. I am sure the wife would too since I tend to make a pretty good mess in the kitchen when it comes processing time.
