That looks like some of the stands we used to use, years ago. The construction company my mother's ex husband used to work for. They had multiple towers, that had lights on top of them, out in the bay or channels. Those things were something like 30 ft. to 40 ft. tall. We put a blind on top of them, then stood them up. Two of them got blown over, one, within a few weeks, the second one lasted about four months. I think one of those blinds actually lasted a year or two, before it got blown over.
