I hunted today. Started the day with a BANG!!! I for got my bow at home, had to go all the way back home Yeah hilarious. Finally got in the tree about 0945, a young 8pt walked by at 1030.He was less than 5 yds. Pretty uneventful the rest of the day till about 515PM. Had a couple deer walk n behind me, didn't hear them. I stood up and they jumped back a few yards. It was at least 2, not sure f they were doe or bucks, leaning toward doe. No snorting, just walked off.
It was nice to finally see some deer.

All in all, it was a good day! Thank You LORD.

I didn’t get here until about 2:00. Cell cams showed a ton of movement 11:00-1:00. Guess that full moon had them moving mid-day. You certainly won’t need a flashlight getting to the stand in the morning
