Trophy Taker rest question

When picking arrow length do you want the broadhead past the "shelf/arrow guide" area when at full draw? Or just past the launcher at full draw?

i shoot that rest.

i set rest up where it behind my shelf and my broadhead tip is on the shelf. my arrows are only about 1/2 inch or less in front of the launcher

I shoot this rest and my arrows go about half inch infront of the launcher. But this past season i went to draw back on a deer and the broadhead hit on the guide and pulled my arrow off the string. Needless to say the next arrows i get will be longer than the guide.

I generally recommend that the arrow be long enough that you don't easily earn the nickname.... "STUBBY"

I shoot a TT shakey hunter. My arrows are about 1 inch past the front of the riser. I shoot 28" arrows with a 27.5 draw length. I don't like those razor blades anywhere near my fingers.

Yep ... 27" draw with 28" arrows here.

Mine are about 1" in front of the launcher. I shoot the top slot fc.
