My wife's ex, tried to pull that bs with her. he had her served , wanting to reduce his, because he quit a good paying job , to change careers and it wasn't working out for him. NOT ONLY did the judge refuse to reduce his because he willfully "underemployed" himself, he made him pay for our attorney fees..... (Didnt help that his current wife was posting on social media, bragging about all the little gifts he was buying her as well as little weekend getaways)

find you a good attorney. they will make him provide ALL of his financials and go through his social media............

The only one that will come out are the attorneys. May try to reason out of court, doubtful it will happen. Make sure if shes going to give up she gets something in return, such as he cannot have any unmarried live ins or women in the house after 9:00 pm with him there.if your hiring a attorney make them earn there money.

            Good point. We never do.

A 100% slam dunk surefire way to lower your attorneys fees is to question everything, expect constant contact, and demand absolute perfection.

Maybe I didn’t see why she would want to move....

Ask your daughter what she wants more - to be able to move about the country freely or to get more child support.

Sounds like she wants both and he wants neither.

In most negotiations, one side gets what the other is willing to give up the most.

Sounds like the argument could be made that if support is reduced, she will HAVE TO move out of the area to reduce expenses and increase income.
