Duck transmitter

My son killed a duck with both a band and a transmitter last year that I’m getting mounted for his Christmas. Trouble is Gamewarden took the transmitter from him and then when TPWD returned it they didn’t send the leg band part which is the yellow part in this pic.


Anyone have a suggestion how I might obtain one for the mount?
