Those are what I have always heard called sheep panels, with the 4" squares.

Thanks, I think I will start with the 48" and then go with a strand of wire on top if I have to. Does Home Depot or Lowes carry these panels? We have a Tractor Supply here in Corpus but if I can find them cheaper it would be nice.

        No sir......

7 rows of 6"x6" squares and 2 rows of 3"x6" squares at the bottom ..you can see them in my pics...more specifically the square one.

No they do not in the DFW area.....TSC is about as cheap as I have found them unless used.

Some Lowe's will have the panels. I can't remember the cost. The Lowe's in San Angelo is where I've bought mine,

really?....that's good to know in case a rogue cow decides to overachieve and we need a patch.

                Palmers also has them.

Need to promote the overachievers to cow heaven. LOL I wish.

I guess it depends on your location.
Around here cattle panels are 52" tall with 6"Hx8"W holes.
Sheep panels are 48" tall with 4"x4" holes.
Hog panels are 34" tall with smaller holes at the bottom working up to 6"x8" holes.
Combination panels are sort of like 52" tall hog panels.
Adult deer will jump any of these to get to feed.

                  Hope this confuses you enough.

Cows are easier to keep out than goats. The cattle panels are about all that will keep the dumb ones out. As TD and Smart said, the over achievers will find a way in. Throw a jackass in the mix and you really have problems.
