West Texas free range elk success

I’ve been lucky enough to spend the past several days hunting elk in West Texas on private land. Even though the temperatures were brutal, we got to look at a lot of bulls. I love listening to them bugle. I was able to take this one Saturday morning. I haven’t scored him, which is not that important to me, but he is exactly the kind of elk I’ve dreamed of taking.

Great bull, I love seeing big bulls like that come out of Texas on free range.
I'd put him at about 320ish depending on mass and spread. Might push 330", great 4ths and brows !
Better let him hang several days, my bull is pretty tough right now and will hang for a week at least before we cut him up.
