anyone know if antler restrictions are relevant if one were to high fence their property? I would think not

Antler restrictions apply to the County. I don't think TPWD cares what type of fence you have.

im thinking behind a high fence the antler restrictions wouldnt apply... just want to make sure

The only way to get around antler restrictions is MLD.
