Not in the roofing business, but like any service business, it’s all about customer service and quality. Be on time for appointments, return calls quickly, do quality work and do what it takes to make the customer happy.

Imho its easy for the owner of the company to have these standards but very difficult to find employees to feel the same way. One thing to consider is if you can put together a team that will have your same commitment and work ethics.
