Computer gurus I need help please....

Spypoint sent me a config file to update my Spypoint Link camera and I can't open it with my laptop or my iPad. The file has an .req extension. I'm supposed to download the file and then save it to an SD card then insert it in the camera. I have not been able to download the file though.

I've got Windows 10 on my laptop (Thinkbook), but it ain't working.

Are you trying to open it, or download it? You can just download it without trying to open it.

I downloaded it and tried to open it and it wouldn't allow it. Low and behold I checked my download folder and found it, 3 times!

I'll be danged.
