    I had an order from over a month ago that still hadn't shipped that I was able to cancel online. Well I say cancel. They sent an email confirming it had been cancelled but no refund yet. If I dont get it in a few days ill submit a fraud statement to the bank against them

      Had a issue with ordering bullets. Showed to be in stock so I placed the order, 3 weeks later no shipping or tracking information... Had to send a email and was told this item was back ordered (still showed to be in stock on the website) and wont ship for another 2 + weeks.... I took me a grand total of 6 weeks to get a refund issued

        I waited almost 6 months for something o ordered before I canceled it . They have a habit of selling stuff they can’t stock .

          They do have customer service, but at this time with the Corona Virus, I guess they are working from home. I have order tons of stuff from them, always get the best price on scopes, fast shipping until this year with all the shutdowns. I will keep making business with them.

                Ordered several items from them last week. One of them shipped, but the rest have not. Hope I'm not waiting 9 weeks for stuff.

                  I got an email from Optics Planet two hours later and they cancelled my order. Discover must have sent the dispute.

                  I just bought everything that Optics Planet was supposed to sell me, from Primary Arms. Paid a little more. But I know it will get there and they don't play any games. They are a solid company.

                          Go online or call the number on the back of your credit card. Let your cc company know you want to dispute the charge. The seller has ten days to respond to the request from the cc company for information about your transaction, then your cc company typically has 30 days to respond to you.

                          Generally, the cc company will find in favor of the card member. However, in the event the seller counters your dispute, you’ll want to have your documentation at the ready to submit to your cc company as backup.

                              One and done...

                              My wife ordered 2 of those fancy spring loaded knife sharpeners from them in November of 2019 for Christmas gifts and 6 months later, when she remembered, they still hadn't arrived.. Hit her CC for $170.. We disputed the charge.

                                Many of the retailers cannot get product.

                                For example the Vortex warehouse in Wisconsin is very, very low on inventory. They basically have no scopes, spotting scopes or binos in stock.

                                This is a result of Covid-19 shutdowns and increased firearms sales.

                                Retailers should tell their customers that items are back ordered.

                                I tell all my customers up front that an item is on backorder. I tell them I will place an item on order if they can wait.

                                I have been an optics and archery products dealer for 20 years. I have never seen shortages like we are experiencing now.

                                This is going to get worse before it gets better.
