    USPS not shipping intrastate

I filed a complaint and a lady called me today.
A lady finally called me today and stated that the USPS can not ship firearms by unlicensed individuals to either unlicensed individuals or dealers.

I told her that is not what BATF states. "It has to be in USPS code" here reply.

I asked her to cite the regulation. Well about 20 she finally got that an individual could mail a rifle/shotgun to a licensed dealer.

I politely told her that is for interstate. "It doesn't say anything about intrastate" was her reply. Anyway she called the post office and talked with personnel and they didn't know any rules regulations and told them about mail-ability of rifles/shotguns as she knew it.

I looked up USPS postal code 52. It is rather vague, but does state the have to abide by 27 CFR 478.. It is rather vague about intrastate until you click on a link or two.

So, I have been trying to contact her to show her the statutes, but can't contact her. "Voice mailbox has not been set up."

Here is a word txt document, see if it gets the point across.

Forget the attachment. All I can save as is docx and the manager does not accept it. The txt doesn't show the jpgs.
