What kind of ducks are these

That is a dead giveaway for any breed of duck.

And flying too erratic, teal fly in uniform like the blue angels.
Whistlers fly silly style like that.
Long wings on those birds too.
Hard to see white stripe when whistlers fly, and they are moving alot right now.

Little man is saying he thinks the heads are red

If the bodies are blackish/brown with lighter ginger colored heads with long pink legs and a white stripe along the top of the wing probably whistlers. They look tall when there standing. Teal are usually solid brown this time of year and about the size of a pigeon.
