Construction Litigation Attorney
Got a buddy that had a very shoddy job done on his HVAC system and is now looking for a construction attorney. Do we have anyone on the Green Screen that specializes in that area or do you know someone you'd recommend?

I was about to sign an attorney - client agreement with loveinribman.com when my contractor decided to finally fix the problem.
In Texas, you cannot just sue a contractor. You have to send a "Chapter 27" letter first and give the contractor the opportunity to correct the problem.
Like I said, I did not sign with them, but they gave me a phone consultation and the likelihood of a favorable outcome.
